|IT IS IMPORTANT YOU READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST.|
1. This reservation request is not a guarantee as to availability until a "vacation specialist" contacts you to verify the unit's status, and your eligibility as outlined below.
2. This reservation is not binding until tenant has signed a Guest Terms and conditions agreement, and confirmed the reservation with a 3 NIGHT DEPOSIT.
3. Tenant understands these properties are individually owned, and equipped according to the tastes and preferences of the owner. No guarantees can be made to the guest about expectations of quality of furnishings. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have any malfunctioning appliances (air conditioners, hot tubs, dishwashers, televisions, etc.) repaired during the stay, but no refunds for inoperative appliances will be offered or expected.
RATES: All properties we manage are individually owned. Rates and minimum stays may vary. Quam Properties Hawaii, Inc. reserves the right to change quoted rates prior to confirmation of reservation. Rates are based on a 7 night stay, appropriate cleaning fees will be added to all stays.
CANCELLATION: there is a $100 fee for reservations cancelled after receipt of initial deposit. Cancellations after full payment due dates are non-refundable unless dates are resold (less $100 fee). No refunds are made for un-used nights regardless of cause.
TAXES AND FEES: State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (9.25%) and General Exise Tax (4.166%) are charged on all reservations.
MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. Housekeeping services are provided at an additional cost. All rentals are clean and stocked with linens and starter supplies but NOT replenished. Starter supplies include: laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, bar soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and trash can liners.
DAMAGE: Guests agree to abide by all house rules. All damages or missing items caused by guest will be the responsibility of guest to repair, replace, or reimburse.
SMOKING: All our rentals are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any units.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: Check-in is after 3:00PM, Check-out is by 11:00AM.
