Description	Mariposa # 2 is one of 10 similar villas that are located about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and most of town but far enough away to offer quiet comfort. With vaulted and mahogany ceilings, ceramic floors, this fully furnished villa is 1000 sq feet and offers 2 bedrooms, one with two twins beds and the master bedroom has a queen size bed with private step-in shower bathroom (with a solar -heated water) and walk-in closet. The living/dining area seats 6 people and It has a futton and couch (with memory foam-type pad). This beautiful Villa has a complete kitchen and private covered patio round out this comfortable accommodation with extras (iron/board, clock radio, dresser, etc.) making for a wonderful stay in paradise! There are boogie boards available for the guests and a nice hammock placed at La Palapa. We provide a secure parking lot with a night guard service. Please add the 13% sales tax and a $50 reservation process fee to the listed rates for this property.
