This dupex is 2.6 miles north of the bridge as you come onto the island, between Padre Blvd. and Gulf Blvd. It is a half block walk to the beach from the house, at public beach access #19. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. One half block walk to free island bus shuttle service. An outdoor shower on side of house is convenient for after the beach. :) Plenty of lounge chairs and patio tables poolside.
