This perfect, "family" vacation property has something for all ages. Located on the very popular south end of Kure Beach, the private beach access opens to a wide stretch of sandy beach. You will find uncomparable deck space with upgraded deck furniture, an outdoor kitchen (with gas grill) and a large multi jetted Hot Tub that offers fun and relaxation while watching the waves roll in, the pelicans dive and the dolphins swim.

In addition, other outdoor amenities include:

- Outdoor covered beachfront gazebo, this is located next to the outdoor kitchen and offers a raised extension table with chairs and a ceiling fan
- Outside shower and bathroom
- Huge fenced in yard (sand box) offering a huge playground and tether ball
- Boogie boards
- Beach chairs (min 5) and umbrella
- additional seating area under the deck equipped with a hammock


Inside the home you will find a fully appointed kitchen with custom induction cooktop. The kitchen is equipped with every amenity necessary to perform any cooking task imaginable. The oversized refrigerator and stainless steel appliances compliment the decor of the kitchen. In addition, there is an oceanfront dining area with a family sized table.

The home offers 2 living areas as well as a media room, which is equipped with a big screen TV and overstuffed leather couches. The main level living area offers color cable TV with a DVD player and the upstairs living area is more of a large children's play area. there are multiple items for the young vacationers. Items include books, games, GAMECUBE and TV/DVD player.

Bedrooms are situated as follows:

Ground level - This level is equipped with 2 bedrooms, both ocean front. One bedroom is made up as a king size bed but is two twins that may be separated. The other bedroom has a queen size sleeper sofa. This level has a shared full bath.

Second level - This level, which includes the main living area, has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is king size. This bedroom is ocean front and has direct access to the outdoor kitchen area. The other bedroom is queen size. There are 2 bathrooms on this level.

Third level - This level offers the master bedroom which is ocean front. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub and dual head shower. There are 2 more bedrooms on this level, the "sports" room with 2 twin size beds and another bedroom with a king bed and FABULOUS ocean views!!! The "sports" bedroom and ocean front bedroom share a full bath.

5 of the 7 bedrooms are OCEAN FRONT. And, the "sports" room, although not ocean front has a great ocean view. Most mattresses have been upgraded to either memory foam or sleep number beds. Additionally, there is a full size futon on the third level and a couch (44" wide) in the ocean front office that folds out flat.

The home is capable of comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests when including sleeper sofas.

In addition, you will find a double car garage providing plenty of parking. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. The front porch is equipped with a porch swing and the Trading Post convenience store is located just across the street.

This is a "Pet Friendly" property. The maximum number of pets allowed is two (2). All pets must be authorized and any guest who wishes to bring a pet is required to pay a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Size limits may apply. Unauthorized pets are considered a breach of contract and can result in immediate eviction.
