Sleeping arrangements are provided with 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a pullout sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, full size stove/oven, blender, etc. The living area is equipped with color cable TV and DVD player. One of the finest features of this property is the large yard; equipped with a grilling and picnic area, a full size "newly constructed" outdoor shower, carport, utility room with full size washer/dryer, plenty of parking.
