Description	This 1,000 square foot home is located in a quiet, relaxing residential neighborhood - just a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the Old Orchard Beach Pier. There are two bedrooms (#1 Queen bed, #2 two sets of twin-size bunkbeds) which sleeps 6-7 comfortably. The large living room contains a large sofa, love seat and two winged chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. Large bathroom with tub and shower. A relaxing, furnished sunroom for sitting, which also includes a sofa bed. Plenty of off-street parking (minimum of 4 vehicles in two driveways). Home is also equipped with picnic table, gas grill, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker and air conditioning. All you will need are linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels). Home is comfortable, very clean and well kept. One visit and you will want to return next year! This house rents during the winter for $800/month plus gas and electric bills.
