Description	Spend time this summer steps away from one of Maine's most beautiful beaches. Old Orchard Beach features over 7 miles of wide unbroken beach and is 30 minutes from the resturants and shopping of downtown Portland. This cottage is available from mid-June through Labor Day. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to four this 1 bedroom has a working kitchen and full bath. There is a no pet and no smoking policy in the cottage in force at all times. Strong preference for long term rental arrangement for the full summer duration but will consider renting for one or two week periods. Price will be discussed pending the length of rental time.
