Description	This summer rental looks directly down Bay Ave to the ocean just one block away. A maximum number of six adults are welcome. Two children may accompany these six adults for a total of eight renters. The owner does not want eight aduts renting at one time. There is parking around the house in the back yard for two cars. Smoking is permitted on the outside porch only. There will be an extra person charge of $25 per person per night.
